Company Foundation
Jan Fiala Sr., together with Josef Středa, establishes ALLSAT to expand the operations of the German company ALLSAT; the firm focuses on satellite technologies and special electronics (particularly special satellite systems for banks and intelligence agencies).
On October 3, 1990, ALLSAT receives authorization from the federal government for foreign trade activities.

ALLSAT develops, manufactures, and exports its own satellite receiver, the Allsat HIFI SR93.

ALLSAT, together with its partner company SYSTEM-Pro, establishes new offices at Ukrajinská 2A.
Hostavice Facility
Leadership is taken over by Jan Fiala Jr. and Josef Středa. Jan Fiala Jr. acquires a property in Prague 9 – Hostavice and undertakes necessary modifications to convert it into a commercial space for ALLSAT, i.e., a secured area for handling confidential information.
Membership in AOBP
ALLSAT becomes a member of the Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic (AOBP).
PSE – Prague Security Exhibition
ALLSAT organizes the Prague Security Exhibition (PSE), the first international exhibition of intelligence technology in the Czech Republic. Since 2007, this event has been held every two years, with international participation, exclusively for invited state organizations.
ISO Certification
Implementation of a quality management system according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard. The company has held this certification to date.
