History

1990

Company Foundation

Jan Fiala Sr., together with Josef Středa, establishes ALLSAT to expand the operations of the German company ALLSAT; the firm focuses on satellite technologies and special electronics (particularly special satellite systems for banks and intelligence agencies).

On October 3, 1990, ALLSAT receives authorization from the federal government for foreign trade activities.

1992

Satellite Broadcast of the U.S. Presidential Election

ALLSAT’s satellite system enables the live broadcast of the U.S. presidential election; the election of Bill Clinton is watched by staff and invited journalists at the U.S. Embassy in Prague.

1993

SR 93

ALLSAT develops, manufactures, and exports its own satellite receiver, the Allsat HIFI SR93.

Import, Sale, and Service of Special Equipment

ALLSAT begins to focus on the import, sale, and service of special equipment for government authorities, and this specialization remains the company’s core activity to this day.

1996

Facility at Ukrajinská 2A

ALLSAT, together with its partner company SYSTEM-Pro, establishes new offices at Ukrajinská 2A.

2004

Hostavice Facility

Leadership is taken over by Jan Fiala Jr. and Josef Středa. Jan Fiala Jr. acquires a property in Prague 9 – Hostavice and undertakes necessary modifications to convert it into a commercial space for ALLSAT, i.e., a secured area for handling confidential information.

2007

Membership in AOBP

ALLSAT becomes a member of the Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic (AOBP).

2007

PSE – Prague Security Exhibition

ALLSAT organizes the Prague Security Exhibition (PSE), the first international exhibition of intelligence technology in the Czech Republic. Since 2007, this event has been held every two years, with international participation, exclusively for invited state organizations.

2010

ISO Certification

Implementation of a quality management system according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard. The company has held this certification to date.

2010

ALLSAT r&d

The foundation of Allsat r&d Ltd., with global reach.
The company focuses on the research and development of technologies for covert audio recording, used exclusively by government authorities in the fight against crime and terrorism.

Military Equipment License

ALLSAT obtains a license to conduct foreign trade in military equipment (permit no. R161026490).

2019

ALLSAT r&d

Allsat r&d introduces one of the world’s smallest audio recorders capable of 7 days of continuous recording.

2023

ALLSAT r&d

Allsat r&d unveils one of the world’s smallest audio recorders, capable of up to 30 days of continuous recording.
